Regardless of the temperature or season, featuring the Sunset Terrace overlooking the City of Yuma Desert Hills Golf Course and 43,000 indoor square feet, the Yuma Civic Center is the perfect gathering place.
Meeting/Seminar/Conference/Training
We offer customizable packages tailored to your specific event needs and services. From catering, decorating and concessions services to A/V and equipment rental, our ADA compliant facility offers all the resources you will need to conduct a successful seminar, class or meeting.
Trade Show/Expo/Festival/Fair
As the region’s largest indoor rental facility, the Civic Center is Yuma’s premier ‘go-to’ location for local indoor events. The Yuma Civic Center features 25,000 square feet of exhibit space, 15 meeting rooms, FREE parking and an outdoor Sunset terrace overlooking the City of Yuma’s Desert Hills Golf Course. At the Civic Center’s adjoining Ray Kroc Sports Complex/Desert Sun Stadium you can enjoy open recreational space or experience a wide variety of annual community events, such as the Midnight at the Oasis car show, Tunes & Tacos Festival, 4th of July All American BBQ & Fireworks Spectacular, Fiestas Patrias, Relay for Life, Frontera United Professional Soccer, Yuma Storm Minor League Football, Harvest Prep Academy High School football and many other sporting events and festivals.
Catering Services
The Civic Center provides an excellent buffet style catering service. A restaurant quality kitchen and experienced staff will ensure the food at your event will be fresh and delicious. We pride ourselves on being versatile. If there is a specific menu you would like, we would be happy to provide a cost analysis to you.
Menus are available at the Yuma Civic Center office. When using our catering services, we provide plateware, utensils, napkins, etc...
Bar Services
The Yuma Civic Center is a government licensed facility. All beverages, including alcohol, must be purchased through the Civic Center.
The Civic Center has full bar capabilities. You may choose a cash bar and/or a hosted bar. Champagne, wine and beer prices are based on selection and availability. Special requests on selected brands should be coordinated a minimum of thirty days prior to your event. Keg beer is available upon request.
