If you already have a Seasonal Agreement on file, you may use the request form below. If you do not have an agreement on file, please go to “Request Water Service” and complete the Seasonal Visitor Agreement form. 

A minimum of 2 days advance notice is required. Only account owners can request the service to be turned on. Requests can also be made by calling 928.373.5076, or in person during regular business hours inside City Hall, located at 1 City Plaza.
