The City Attorney's Office is comprised of three divisions: the City Attorney's Office, which represents the City in civil matters; the City Prosecutor's Office, which handles the prosecution of misdemeanor crimes committed in the City of Yuma; and Risk Management, which identifies, assesses and manages City liability, safety and insurance matters.
