For those customers who do not wish to register online, the Parks & Recreation Department has made several of our programs and activities registration forms available to download, print, and complete prior to submission.

Most of our Co-Sponsored Youth Programs registration is completed in person at the Parks & Recreation main office inside City Hall. These programs require additional documentation at the time of registration. Some of these forms are available here to download, print and complete prior to registration.

After Hours:
Drop off registration is available by using the slot at the front of the Yuma City Hall, One City Plaza.*Programs and Activities will not be held on City recognized holidays. In addition, there are dates that the program will not be scheduled due to other special events.  Please check individual class schedules or ask instructors to find out when class is not scheduled due to other programming.
