The court may take further action if you fail to make your payments. It may result in the charges defaulting, a suspension of driving privileges and/or a warrant for failure to pay. The court encourages you to communicate and work with court employees to avoid this.

If your case has been referred to the FARE program, additional fees will be assessed ($49 FARE fee + 19.5% of the total balance). The case may also be eligible for the Tax Intercept Program in which the court may intercept monies from your State Tax Return. The case will remain in the FARE program until the case is paid in full.

No. Fines must be paid in full. If you are not able to pay, come to the court to see a Judge.

Yes. A down payment of $150 is required to remove restrictions from your driving privileges and set you back on a payment plan. Once the payment is made, the court will provide a Court Abstract to present at MVD to reinstate your driving privileges. If MVD indicates there are other reasons for a license suspension, you will need to work with them to resolve those.

Yes. Anyone can make a payment on your behalf. We recommend you keep your receipts as proof of payment. If another person will be making a payment on your behalf using a credit or debit card, they can only use a card issued under their name.
