The Procurement Division adheres to the ethics set forth by the National Institute of Governmental Purchasing, the Institute for Supply Management and the City of Yuma.

Our goal is to ensure that the goods and services procured through the Procurement Division demonstrate sound fiscal management of public funds for Yuma taxpayers while meeting the needs of our customers. The Procurement Division endeavors to bring about fair, open, competitive bidding practices and best value; and encourage all qualified vendors to participate in our solicitation opportunities.
