The Customer Service Division manages the City of Yuma’s utility billing services; administers business licenses and issues pet license.

You can find the Customer Service counter inside City Hall on the first floor. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff is here to assist you with the following:

• Make a utility payment or start/discontinue water services

• Set up new online utility payment account

• Apply for a business license

Staff is dedicated to ensuring the citizens of Yuma have an understanding of the utility billing process including how to monitor for water leaks. The City also takes pride in educating, on water saving tips for water conservation.
