2025 Neighborhood Leadership Academy 

The Neighborhood Leadership Academy (NLA) is a program that gives citizens an opportunity to “get behind the scenes” of the City of Yuma departments and services and learn how a municipality functions. Class sessions range from Engineering, Finance and Community Planning to the Art Center, Fire Station and Public Works with over 30 topics covered in a 12-week session on Thursday evenings beginning January 16, 2025. The City of Yuma is now accepting applications for the 2025 Academy sessions. Enrollment is open until filled.
