Per A.R.S. § 16-926(A), campaign finance forms are prescribed by the Arizona Secretary of State's office. Completed forms may be submitted electronically to the City Clerk's Office by emailing them to Clerk@YumaAZ.gov.

- Candidate Statement of Interest - a statement that is required to be filed by a person prior to obtaining a signature on a candidate nomination petition.
