The Clerk’s Office maintains the official records of the City of Yuma government and responds to requests for public records on behalf of the City, with the exception of reports specific to Police, Emergency Medical Services, and the Municipal Court. These records are maintained by these specific departments and contact information is noted below. Many documents are available on the City’s website, but if you cannot locate what you are looking for, please follow the NextRequest link so the Clerk’s Office can assist you.
Individuals wanting to view or purchase a copy of a City document may submit a records request to the City Clerk’s Office via NextRequest. The City Clerk’s Office responds to all requests promptly; however, the volume of information and complexity of each request dictates the response time. If copies are requested, copy charges for documents used for non-commercial purposes are 25 cents per page and copies used for commercial purposes are 50 cents per page. Other charges apply to: odd-sized documents (such as maps and plans), CDs/DVDs, and printed material.
