This is a hands on class where you will be learning how to prepare Ravioli, Sauces and Pesto. You will prepare part of your personal meal with some help from Chef Juan V to finish it up. Chef Juan will be sharing history and techniques about each menu item as you prepare them. This class is scheduled to finish with the meal at approx. 30mins before scheduled end then the class will enjoy their personal dinner they helped prepare.
