Fatality Hit and Run Collision - 3800 Block West 24th Street

On Tuesday, July 03, 2012 at 4:21 am, the Yuma Police Department responded to a man down in the 3800 block West 24th Street.
The victim, a 19 year old Yuma man, was located in the road and pronounced dead at the scene. The initial investigation revealed the subject was struck by an unknown vehicle between 4 to 4:21 am.
The collision is under investigation and a portion of the street remains closed.
