Registration takes place at the event.

Registration begins at 7 AM at the east end of the Yuma Civic Center parking lot (1440 W Desert Hills Drive). Riders must complete a waiver to participate.

Riders are encouraged to download and complete the registration form prior to event day. Remember to bring the registration form and waiver with you.

The ride is open to bicyclists of all ages and levels!  No prior experience is necessary. This is the perfect, family friendly event.

A parent must accompany riders under the age of 18.

Riders must bring their own bicycle, helmet, and if you are planning to cross the international border, proper documentation. Please remember to travel light and limit the use of large bags and backpacks.

Even though the ride takes place in October, it may still be warm! Bring sunscreen and wear comfortable athletic attire. Water will be provided at each stop; however, riders are encouraged to bring a water bottle.

The event is free!

The first 400 people to register the day of the event will receive a FREE, official event T-shirt.

When crossing the U.S. - Mexico border, riders should travel light and limit the use of large bags and backpacks. Bicyclists are to cross the border back into the U.S. through the San Luis Port of Entry.

An express lane through the Port will be available for riders (circumstances permitting) for a limited time. All riders looking to return through the express lane will be advised of departure time.

Riders are advised to follow restrictions if crossing the U.S.-Mexico border and to bring proper documentation for their return to the United States.

At the conclusion of the event, Yuma County Area Transit (YCAT) will help transport riders back from San Luis, Arizona to the Yuma Civic Center (however, space is limited).

Participants are encouraged to coordinate a ride home after the race, unless they wish to ride their bicycles back to Yuma.
