PRESS RELEASE: City Online Bill-Pay System Downtime Expected to Start on Tuesday, May 7
As announced in March, online bill pay for City services bills will be down starting Tuesday, May 7, for approximately one week.
Online and Automated Phone Bill Pay is Offline
Our online and automated phone bill pay system is currently offline. Online and automated phone bill pay is scheduled to return Monday, May 20, 2013. During this time you can pay your bill by:
- mailing your payment to City of Yuma, PO Box 78324, Phoenix, AZ 85062-8324
- bringing your payment in to City Hall located at One City Plaza.
Normal hours of operation are Monday through Thursday 7am to 6pm and Friday 7am to 5pm. City Hall is closed every other Friday.
Effective May 13, 2013, the City of Yuma will be switching to a different utility billing system. Your bill will look the same; however, your account number will change to a more concise presentation. Please note this change when paying your bill. If you use banking web bill pay services, please change the account number.
