The purpose of the Rental Inspection program is to protect the health, safety and welfare of persons residing in residential rental properties.The Rental Inspection Program improves and preserves the quality of rental dwelling unit(s) and enhances the character and stability in targeted neighborhoods. To accomplish this, every residential rental property in a Neighborhood Revitalization Area is subject to the requirements of chapter 138 of the Yuma City Code. Currently this Rental Inspection Ordinance applies to the Carver Park and Yuma High Neighborhoods.
